Online Retail Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, it can be returned for a refund within 30 days. This policy applies to online retail orders only, for purchases made through an authorized dealer, please contact them directly. See below for full return details and instructions.
Return Policy Details
Online purchases may be returned within 30 days for a refund less shipping fees.
Returned merchandise is new & unused with original packaging.
Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment that was used for the original purchase.
A return form is included in the package with all information including original order number and customer contact information.
Returned merchandise that does not meet the conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee will be declined and sent back.
Instruction to Return by Mail:
To start a return, call us at 877-511-7760 and we will email you a completed return form.
Include our completed return form in the package.
Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags. (If you cover all existing shipping labels, you can reuse the bag or box your order came in.)

Send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Captain Big Fish is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Incorrect Item or Damaged Shipping?
If you receive damaged or defective goods or an incorrect item, we will reimburse standard shipping costs to return the item. Please include a copy of the receipt for the return shipping costs with the return form. Merchandise should not be shipped COD. Expedited shipping charges will not be refunded.
